ZOOM FULL CONVOCATION

Full Convocation for Spring 2021 will be presented via Zoom and live streamed to YouTube at WSUPullmanMusic

Performances may be presented using the following options:

Recorded from any location
Recorded from Bryan Hall Theatre or Kimbrough Concert Hall
Live from any location with internet support
Live from Bryan Hall Theatre or Kimbrough Concert Hall
(limited to one unmasked performer or nine masked performers,
only one live performance per venue per convocation)

Total performance time is limited to 8 minutes.

Application must be approved and submitted no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday to be confirmed to perform in the next Full Convocation.

All recorded performances must be uploaded to YouTube and the link sent to shaun.sorensen@wsu.edu by 9:00am on Monday before the scheduled Full Convocation.

  • STUDIO TEACHERS: to approve this application, place your initials in the box below to deny this application, insert NOT APPROVED in the box
  • Performances may be presented live via ZOOM or pre-recorded. Performances may be recorded in Bryan Hall Theatre or Kimbrough Concert Hall. You will be contacted to schedule a recording time. Performances that are recorded from a non-WSU location must be uploaded to YouTube and the link shared by 9am on Monday of the performance week.

    Recordings will be scheduled for Mondays and are limited to one unmasked performer, or nine masked performers.
  • Keyboard will not be provided unless specified here. All piano set-ups will include a page turner chair.
  • Please choose all equipment needed. Additional details may be submitted in the Notes box below.
  • Please choose the set up that most resembles your equipment needs. A keyboard will not be provided unless you choose one from the Keyboard list. Additional requests may be submitted in the Notes box below.
