WSU University Singers

Register for University Singers today! MUS 432.

University Singers is WSU’s non-auditioned SATB choir. The ensemble strives toward excellence in all styles of choral music and presents at least three performances each semester. The group regularly collaborates with Concert Choir, Treble Choir, and Symphony Orchestra. Membership in the University Singers is open to students of all majors across campus, including undergraduate and graduate students, music majors and non-majors, and singers with a great deal of singing experience as well as those new to choir. This group provides a welcoming environment for honing musical skills while building community within our university.

University Singers begins each semester with a retreat to build community within the choir. We perform at two large-scale concerts each semester in Bryan Hall Theatre as well as in venues such as the Terrell Library Atrium and Kimbrough Concert Hall. University Singers regularly provides music at WSU athletic events and as a host choir for the annual WSU Choral Festival and Tenor/Bass Fest. Members of University Singers performed internationally as part of the Classical Music Festival in Eisenstadt, Austria, in August 2023.

We welcome all singers from across campus to join us! University Singers meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 1:10–2:00 pm.

If you have questions regarding our ensemble, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
