WSU Choral Leadership Retreat

Invite your high school choral leaders for a day of skill building and leadership training. Students will engage in hands-on activities meant to increase their skills that will continue to improve your program.

Students will engage in skill-building activities such as:

  • Planning and executing a sectional
  • Basic conducting
  • Leading warm-ups
  • Musicianship
  • Reflection, self improvement, and leading by example

Students who leave the WSU Choral Leadership Retreat return to their schools with added confidence, determination, internal motivation for continuing their educational/musicianship journey, and a desire to aid others in their improvement.
